Partner with stakeholders to pinpoint training needs across the firm
Collaborate with subject experts to design, implement, and oversee high-quality training programs
Evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary
Manage training components of onboarding for Fall Associates
Develop and organize off-site training events
Oversee the professional development budget
Salary Range: $110-180k annually, commensurate with experience

Bachelor’s degree required
Experience managing departmental budget
highly preferred
Preferred experience with CLE and related rules
