As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play an active role in direct resident assessment and care, assess each resident daily and implement change in the course of action as needed, and formulate individualized nursing care plans utilizing the nursing process. Requirements:
Associate’s degree
Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years’ related experience (but will also accept new grads!)
Current BLS Certification
Current PPD (within 1-year)
LPN License photo with image
Seasonal flu shot
Current Physical (within 1-year)
Immunization Record, including MMR
Ability to lift patients assisted
