As a Local Business Line Manager Cement, Battery, Data Center Automation and F&B for Process Automation Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for Commercial (sales and marketing) activities and Operations accountabilities with full accountability of running the day-to- day Operation and to overachieve customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash), in an extended value chain and at the lowest total cost.

Your responsibilities
Being responsible to execute a customer-focused Operations strategy derived from the overall business and functional strategy developed for the Business Line & Business Units.
Being accountable for defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the Industries of the Business Line in China
Being accountable to deliver 4C targets for Operations: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity
Delivering COGS savings and all other Financial performance KPIs.
Defining and delivering the annual budgets for CapEx and OpEx expenses
Being responsible to implement and sponsor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations across all QO functions.
Ensuring a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance
Your background
Bachelor, or Higher Engineering Degree
Automation Knowledge
Cement, Battery Manufacturing, Data Center and F&B Industry knowledge
Active business driver
Fluency in English
