Our client, a storied global law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant. This position is based at their office in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Details
Report to Maintenance and Facilities Manager
Manage maintenance tickets on mobile application
Perform cleaning activities such as dusting and taking out trash
Assist with office furniture and seating rearrangements
Complete maintenance tasks as assigned
Adhere to general health and safety standards
Pay Rate: $22-25 per hour, based on experience
Time Commitment: Long term temporary assignment, Mon-Fri, 7 AM – 3 PM
Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Experienced in corporate office maintenance
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Computer savvy and familiar with ticketing software
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, positive, can-do approach
Self-management
