This position is responsible for maintaining equipment performance as well as seeking improvement of line structure with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) method. This position provides supervision for operating procedures and machinery while establishing standards and analytical methods. It is also responsible for all compliances including food safety/hygiene and personal safety. The Maintenance Manager will perform duties which support the company’s operational key indicators as well as verify all operations related maintenance to ensure OSHA, Personal safety, Product quality, FDA/USDA guidance, and SQF standards and specifications are met. Responsible for the review, verification, validation, and update of all maintenance programs, procedures, and documents. Essential Job Functions Maintenance

Establishes and manages maintenance programs and policies, and monitors the implementation in the areas of processing, warehouse, packaging, maintenance, and sanitation. Conducts training of machine operation to employees including production and maintenance.
 Organizes tools and materials. Ensures hazardous substances in containers locked and positioned properly in maintenance area.
 Manages scheduling for internal and outsourced maintenance with production scheduler.
 Acts promptly when the production line is down caused by machine failure.
 Leads installation and repair of equipment or coordinates equipment repairs, installation, and building conditions with vendors. Reads schematic drawings if needed.
 Set up settings of each equipment and keep them only among limited personnel. Also documents all settings of equipment and updates when there are changes.
 Communicates with vendors for equipment.
 Maintains and documents records of maintenance.
 Leads a safety regulatory inspection.
 Follow-up on corrective actions when machinery deviation occurs.
 Participate in projects for continuous improvement.
 Work with HR/Safety department to improve the work environment in personal safety.
 Manages schedules of maintenance personnel based on production schedule.
 Sets key indicators of machinery performance and improve outcomes in breakdowns, downtime, defects, and accidents.
 Plans expenses within budgets.
 Manages parts inventory and orders them when necessary.
