Manages, coordinates, and oversees various tasks related to equipment and machinery design, construction, modifications, and plant maintenance. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Facility Maintenance: Spearheading the upkeep and maintenance of all facility areas, encompassing office spaces, production floors, breakrooms, and restrooms. This includes managing emergency clean-up and repairs promptly.
Grounds Maintenance: Responsible for addressing ice and snow removal from the building grounds to ensure safety and accessibility.
Environmental Compliance: Takes charge of stormwater runoff compliance to meet regulatory standards and reduce environmental impact.
Experience Requirement: Candidates are expected to have prior relevant experience.
Shift: This position is for the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities
Responsible for standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, operating
procedures, inspection, and maintenance of equipment.
Responsible for maintenance of plant buildings and coordinates requirements for new designs, surveys,
and maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery.
Ensures that equipment and machinery is fully functional and operational by:
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
Responding to breakdowns
Diagnosing faults
Repairing equipment and machines
Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
Responsible for maintenance and repair activities to obtain safe operation and optimum utilization of
machines and equipment.
In coordination with the Engineering team provides production support by supplying jigs and fixtures
for various projects.
Maintains a record of Preventative Maintenance in accordance with Quality System Procedures.
Evaluates field installations and recommends design modifications to eliminate machine or system
malfunctions.
