Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and equipment.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of machinery.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Install, align, and adjust equipment components to meet production requirements.
Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks as needed.
Maintain and repair conveyor systems, pumps, motors, and other industrial components.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve equipment reliability.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Comply with safety regulations and follow proper procedures for working with hazardous materials.
Assist in equipment upgrades and modifications to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Train and mentor junior maintenance staff as required.
Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and suggest improvements in maintenance processes.
