The Worldwide Customer Service (CS) organization is a seeking a manager to join the Global CS Compliance team and validate compliance to policies, procedures and contractual requirements associated with operations, administration, and technology at captive and third-party contact centers.

You will be an effective leader known for diving deep into subject matter, taking ownership for unmitigated risks, and encouraging innovative and pragmatic solutions to complex problems. In addition, you will have solid business judgment, strong controllership focus, executive presence, and the capability to drive a fast-paced organization to the right results.

Key job responsibilities

- Work independently but collaborate with our global CS Compliance team to perform risk assessments and deliver high quality, high impact compliance and operational performance audits across our Global CS Network.
- Plan and scope audit projects, execute program plans, prepare written findings and facilitate business responses and action items.
- Dive deep into the details to develop meaningful findings and recommend root cause remediation
- Deliver recommendations and risk interpretations in a clear, concise and audience-specific format. Develop actions for remediation of audit findings, track status and collect evidence to support closure of each action.
- Facilitate multiple third- party stakeholders to agree on appropriate solutions and verify that risks are mitigated appropriately.
- Prepare reports which you will present to senior stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for stakeholder groups with respect to Amazon information security, physical security, and social responsibility policies, procedures, and contractual requirements
- Leverage domain expertise and collaborate with internal leaders to identify new/emerging risks and modify the compliance program scope appropriately to test associated controls.
- Have the ability and willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic and international).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering or related field
- 3+ years professional experience in audit, risk management, information security, or compliance
- Experience designing and implementing audit programs
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with relevant security compliance standards – e.g. ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 1+ years HR Compliance and/or Labor Employment experience, preferably on a global scale
- Pro-active “consultancy” style advisory skills; in-depth strategic thinking and the ability to work in a fast paced environment across a large number of functional groups
- Familiarity with contact center operations
- Intermediate Excel and Access abilities, as well as data analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Tableau and SQL
- Industry certifications such as CPA, CMA, CIA, CISA, or similar risk, audit, or compliance credentials
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
- Ability to establish effective partnerships internally and with outsourcer stakeholders
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and continually calibrate priorities with minimal supervision
- Exceptional organizational skills, with superior attention to detail and ability to balance multiple competing priorities

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
