A little bit about our team:
The WMG Global Commercial Services team maximizes WMG revenue and market share, leading through best practices, platform expertise and forward thinking solutions that support our recorded music strategy.
The Dedicated Support team within the Global Commercial Services department at WMG provides global, specialized support to our labels, territories and artists. The team focuses on the platforms of YouTube, Meta, SoundCloud, and TikTok. We also advise on common requests across all platforms that have user-generated content. The team collaborates around the US and UK to deliver close to 24/7 support.
Your role:
This role is focused on supporting our Dedicated Support team. Primary responsibilities will be centered around responding to, and actioning inbound requests via our forms and team inboxes. Finally, this role will also focus on managing the data, analysis, and reporting of the team’s impact.
Here you’ll get to:
Be a point of contact for labels, territories, and business units in the Americas
You will support back-end operations for all commercial UGC platforms
Manage and support weekly/monthly reports, data dashboards, and stakeholder updates
Be a direct point of contact for our external partners and internal account management teams
You will be a point of contact of support and escalation for our global labels, distribution partners, and digital platforms
You will help manage the communication with other rightsholders
Create, manage, and distribute Dedicated Support newsletters and other departmental company wide communications
Be an integral part of managing and responding across team inboxes
