Job Requirement:
Team leaders/ Managers should have a minimum of 8 + years of experience, with at least 3+ years of Team handling /Operations Management experience - Life Insurance Domain Leader/Life and annuity operations
Should be handling a team of 25 - 50 FTE'S.
15 years full time education (No Correspondence)
Should be flexible to work in any shifts.
Good communication skills should be able to clearly articulate.
All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.
Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No cash in hand).
