Description:

As part of our team, you will:

Become a trusted partner for of CSP customers.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key customer C-Suite decision makers through thought leadership in in the fields of cloud native core, AI, monetization, digital automation & security.
Identify customer business challenges in the near to mid-term horizon and utilize insights to create demand for CNS solutions.
Gain a strong understanding of regulatory rules and technology standards impacting CNS. Continuously share information, insights and impacts with market sales and pre-sales teams.
Understand operator ecosystems and leverage profound professional expertise to increase the portfolio relevance and sustainable market share of CNS.
Provide a two-way bridge between service providers and product line management on product features and serviceability to establish a sustainable competitive advantage of the CNS portfolio.
Represent NOKIA in a professional and an ethical manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS
You have:

Minimum 20-25 years’ experience in the telecom industry
Last 6-8 years on CSP side
Vertical / unit head role
Led large cross functional role
Proven capability in creating strategy / planning /delivering complex cross domain projects.
Strong understanding of customer Network and identify business opportunity.
Sound understanding of IP, Cloud, Core networks and OSS/BSS preferable.
Solid business acumen understanding the complexities of business and customer needs.
