Fitch Solutions is currently seeking an Associate Director, Marketing for the Fitch Ratings Research and Data business based out of our NY office location.

The Associate Director, Marketing, Fitch Ratings Research & Data is responsible for leading both strategy and execution for inbound and outbound marketing programs that drive brand awareness and lead acquisition. A successful candidate will be results-driven, sales-focused, and have a creative mindset.

We’ll Count on You To:
Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans to generate awareness, new leads, and loyalty.
Work closely with product and sales to identify targets and develop effective campaigns to create MQLs that convert to pipeline.
Deliver multi-channel lead generation and product marketing campaigns for defined targets/personas that tell a ‘story’. Identify the content needed to execute campaigns, work closely with product and/or outside agencies to create content. As required, devise a strategy for localizing content and identify the most effective ways to distribute content to the regional audience.
Demonstrate a “data-guided” mentality to understand and identify areas for opportunities, improvement, and investment. Continually measure and own key metrics including MQLs, SQLs and Pipeline and make campaign recommendations based on performance.
Understand how new leads are flowing through the lead and opportunity lifecycle across various stages and continually recommend new strategies and tactics for optimization.
What You Need to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance/credit, or related area of study
5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing role
Experience in the financial services or capital markets, specifically debt markets a plus
Previous experience using marketing automation (i.e., Marketo) and/or CRM database management (i.e., Salesforce.com) tools.
Thinks analytically with sales outcomes in mind and how marketing activities translate into superior outcomes.
Proven results collaborating with Sales Teams, creating, and executing successful lead generation and retention programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $140,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
