Job Description
Educational Qualification: Post-graduation in mass communication / journalism / advertising
Desired Experience: Should have at least 5-7 years of work experience working on media communications, copywriting and editing for a leading brand with specialization in long form content, technology thought leadership articles, press releases and social media communication. Experience with Engineering Services and Technology company is preferred
Key Objectives of the Job:
Develop and execute comprehensive media communication strategies aligned with company goals and lead marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty among the target demographic.
Develop engaging content aligned with Tata Technologies brand guidelines for various platforms, including press releases, investor communication, blogs, Thought leadership articles, social media campaigns, and website updates.
Manage CEO internal and external communication including Linked in posts, CEO blogs and press responses
Manage crisis communications by drafting statements, managing inquiries, and coordinating responses when necessary.
Develop and scale Tata Technologies verbal brand guidelines in line with Brand identity for market differentiation.
Measure and analy ze the effectiveness of media communication efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve organizational goals.
Key Deliverables:
Ensuring timely development of communication collaterals including press releases, thought leadership articles, social media campaigns as per brand guidelines.
Ensure timely and error free execution of media communication plan.
Ensure high engagement on CEO internal and external blogs
Ensure high engagement on Tata Technologies social media communication
Ensure weekly and monthly governance of review and closure of action plans.
Ensure brand differentiation through verbal brand guidelines.
Other desired attributes:
Expertise in Microsoft Word and Power point.
Flexibility to stretch when needed.
