•
Ensuring the focus of every employee is on, and the systems necessary are in place, to deliver the highest product and service quality standards to all our customers and their patients in a consistent manner

Ensure that necessary legal, regulatory and corporate compliance systems are in place and adhered to
•
Develop and implement cost control measures, cost estimates, manpower and equipment forecasts and annual operating budgets
•
Ensure that Americas manufacturing is focused on achieving and improving upon defined key performance indicators (KPI) for all the above
•
Define and recommend goals and objectives in each area of Americas Manufacturing
•
Develop specific short-term and long-term plans and programs, together with supporting budgets
•
Provide support and participate in strategy development and implementation with other functions within Global Supply Chain and the wider company
•
Holds themselves and other accountable
•
Travel as required for the tasks to be completed (
•
30% time) to visit responsible manufacturing sites, attend meetings, seminars, workshops and strategic Global Operations meetingsMinimum 7 years leadership experience at a senior level in an operations environment involving manufacturing, logistics and distribution – Ideally within the Medical Device Industry
•
Extensive Project Management skills and experience
•
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a requirement
•
Must be fluent in English (Native or bilingual proficiency)
•
