- Lead the implementation of Mendix and Siemens Simatic IT solutions to optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Oversee project timelines ensuring that all milestones are met within the specified timeframes.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical specifications user manuals and training materials.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the new systems.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation to ensure optimal functionality and address any issues that arise.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions to ensure long-term success.
