You will be working as Sales Manager and will be part of System Drives Business Area for Motion Division based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this role you will be reporting to Motion Sales Manager - Kolkata, Raipur and Bangladesh. Develop and maintain (business area/division/product group) effective sales strategy in specified market scope (global/regional/local) in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Set, plan and ensure execution of (business area/division/product group) sales strategy within the assigned scope (global/regional/local), to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems and/or services in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. Monitor proactively sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed. Proactively lead, develop and coach the sales organization (other sales managers and sales specialists within scope) to exceed the sales targets through high performance.

Your responsibilities
Creating, plans and implementing global/regional/local sales strategy and strategic business development initiatives for the Business Area/Division/Product Group
Defining key sales targets and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance
Proactively anticipating and identifying shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial action. Drives top line growth.
Identifying and evaluating opportunities with existing and potential new customers on a global/local basis, determines plans for implementation and allocates resources.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in customer and potential customer organizations
Planning and implementing customer surveys and acts on the results to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Participating in the negotiation of key global contracts
Identifying, monitoring and maintaining/exceeding the sales market price levels, evaluating with Product Management pricing impact on the results
Supporting local sales organizations to ensure achievement of sales volume and product mix targets.
Monitoring client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams
Identifying and managing potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels including cyber security risks
Your background
BE/ B. Tech in electrical / electronics.
15 + years of experience in direct sales of Motors and Drives
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product offering and align to provide a solution
Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers required to generate the desire sales volumes
Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know- how sharing and cross-collaborations
