Develops HLD/LLD for medium-high complexity network requirements, capacity planning, network interface analysis, and provide overall engineering support. Uses planning tools in Advanced Network Planning. Consult and independently develops configuration file, capacity planning, network. interface analysis and design, and overall engineering support based on ongoing traffic trends. Works in parameter planning, product dimensioning. Prepares configuration for new network elements for live and testing. Troubleshooting activities for live network problems or issues found during acceptance.

The team is seeking a highly skilled SME - Network Automation to provide customer services to Nokia’s customer base. The candidate in this role will be required to work in a consultative manner directly with Customers, Project Managers, Sales Engineers to deliver projects which include the following responsibilities:
As part of our team, you will:
Provide NMS Operations for NI products.
Provide NSP consultation workshops to Customers to enhance their experience of the product by leveraging the powerful features of Nokia’s leading-edge Carrier SDN platform.
Provide guidance on NSP Application configuration and utilization based on project requirements and best practices.
Author HLD/LLD design, configuration, operational or test documentation as required for the project.
Provide guidance on NSP Integration with third party OSS and other Nokia Network Management Systems
Provide northbound API expertise and consultation.
Develop and keep up to date consultation workshop material and design document templates.
Work closely with the global team and with Product Line Management to enhance professional services delivery, best practices and the overall customer experience.
The work can frequently be at customer premises for short durations of time (1 week typical), travel is a requirement for this post.
