Description:

• Drives business performance and provides decision support to business leaders.

• Responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis for their respective business organisation.

• Identifies and monitors risks, exposures and opportunities and ensures action and follow up.

• Works systematically to reduce the working capital needs.

• Ensures compliance with Nokia accounting principles, internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) policies, procedures and reporting. Maintains productive relationships with internal / external stakeholders and authorities.

• Acts as a professional leader for staff / workteam / taskforces, often the most senior specialist in a team, who serves as best practice resource within own organisational unit and / or is recognised as an expert within the same professional area in the business.

• Often leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.

Knowledge & Experience

Achieved well-advanced skills in FPRA combining deep knowledge of theory and organisational practice or expertise.

Typically requires 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree..

Recognized expert in FPRA acquainted with international accounting principles and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) policies.
