Description:

Managing a high-performance global software delivery & support team that is motivated and empowered to deliver improvements in quality, first time right delivery, and customer satisfaction
Delivering projects that involve solutioning, design, deployment, configuration, integration, testing and upgrades of CNS Enterprise offerings
NPI responsibilities:
Deployment of new products and cross-product solutions in response to business opportunities
Introduction and operation of the solution in customer networks as per NPI scope
Work with S&C Project Manager for NPI scope; NPI project planning, execution & reporting
CoDe responsibilities:
Defining training needs and ramp up plan
Enablement of NPI/4LS team, planning trainings through NokiaEDU;
Enabling Services team in NPI projects on implementation of Enterprise solutions
Competence status reporting
4LS responsibilities:
Service assurance / maintenance of Enterprise products
Critical issue & escalation handling; Heatmap management and reporting; incident management
Co-ordinate with R&D, PLM & Services for features & issues
Structured problem solving in collaboration with stakeholders across different organizations
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Technical skills

Atleast 15+ years of experience in Engineering or Services of core portfolio
Knowledgeable on CNS portfolio & Nokia portfolio, and business environment
Project deliveries on Nokia SDM, Signaling, Policy, VoX, PaCo domains
Understanding of GSM/UMTS/LTE/IMS/5G networks and call flows
Experience in delivering VNF / CNF / Helm-based deployments over NCP & fCaaS
Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe), tools and Nokia processes
Estimation based on standard efforts along with optimizations
Project delivery within scope, time, cost constraints
Vendor selection & management
Passionate to walk extra mile and driving initiatives that improve productivity, efficiency, customer-experience and employee engagement

Strong influencing skills, with established relationships and ability to present at senior and officer level (CxO) executives
