Description:

The scope comprises of E2E Optimization and Network assurance for 7500+ total physical sites (2G/3G/4G) alongwith upcoming 5G. Expert is needed to sustain business and expand the MVO services in MEA region, particularly in new technologies The candidate will have hands-on experience in (GeoSynthesis, CEM, MINT, RADAR, MUSA.. etc.) NPO Expert will be working closely with NPO Manager & Operation Director/CDM. The candidate will have immense NPO experience in all technologies and will need to be closely working on latest releases and trials in order to implement the same in the projects with a cognizant approach. Multi-vendor experience in NPO covering all technologies (2g, 3g, 4g) and preferably 5g is mandatory for the role.

Resolving technical issues, interfacing with Customer, technical representatives. Tailoring technical project status reports and performance data to internal and customer management.

Knowledge & Experience

Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents. Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.



Requirements:

Be able to technically drive the project with the customer. Be able to handle all escalations, avoid escalations and technically deliver in a cost effective manner
Have an indepth knowledge and experience in NPO domain in 2G, 3G and/or Lte in MV as a subject matter expert
Be able to drive NPO strategy nationwide
Very strong customer handling skills

Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to think/design out-of-box solutions.
Bachelor's in engineering (electrical, telecom etc.)
