About the role:
The Workplace Change Management and Occupancy Planning Team of CBRE is currently seeking a Sr. Occupancy Planner. This is a remote position for a person with direct experience in Occupancy Planning for buildings. Guide and execute the development, communication, and deployment of migration plans and move execution to ensure business group and enterprise needs are met. Enact defined workplace objectives, implement operational processes, and deliver innovative solutions to maximize the value to the business while aligning with Corporate Real Estate business and portfolio priorities.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with the Real Estate Portfolio Manager implementing approved real estate strategies and business group initiatives which affect business group occupancy
Manage and guide all aspects of the delivery of work space and productive environments. Develop project work plan and deliverables, create presentations which effectively communicate the project objectives
Track progress of assigned projects against goals, objectives, timelines and budgets; generate reports documenting status as required
Develop a familiarity with the enterprise, key contacts and an expertise with the internal processes of assigned business group(s)
Solution and create stack plans to effectively implement the migration and ad-hoc planning
Mitigate disruption and optimize on delivery of emergent space requirements
Performs additional job duties as requested

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in related field OR a minimum of 5 years experience directly related to the delivery of strategic planning services, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Occupancy Planner position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
