Have you ever worked as an operations supervisor? We are looking for a dynamic leader with at least two years of experience working in a supervisory role. My client is located in the Northwest Dallas area, off of highway 121. Candidate must be comfortable working a swing shift. They have a monthly peak period where every employee works 12pm-12:30am for seven days. Including weekends holidays. Responsibilities
The ability to demonstrate high levels of problem-solving techniques, when addressing people, process and procedural objectives.
The ability to proactively address challenges to the daily operation and the employees. Is able to communicate production plans to ensure an umbrella of continuity in the operational goal.
Assigns work as appropriate to expedite processing and effectively manages labor effort during down turns in
production cycles.
Reviews and monitors all reports attributed to the operations site. Ensures all assigned tickets are addressed, resolved and closed timely. Collaborates with other lead department managers.
The essential functions of this role include:
manual lifting up to 30lbs
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
