Description:

Support BPO Service Provider with Operation Billing questions.
Support BPO Service Provider with Operation OM questions.
Participate and assist in monthly and quarterly revenue pushes to ensure that revenue targets are met for the company.
Support discussion with Internal or External stakeholders to prepare order structure (Billing Model, Revenue Recognition, Supply Chain Requirement, Contractual Requirement, site-specific requirements) for complex order/projects and Billing.
Customer invoice dispute investigation and resolution. (QTC) More complex investigation scenarios
Maintain and publish necessary Operation reports defined by external and internal customer needs.
Assist Finance in resolving any bookings and Accounts receivable issues.
Direct or assist BPO Service Provider team members with complex PO issues and determine a suitable course of action.
Participate in special projects, initiatives, or training as required (Business Improvement Teams, Implementation teams, etc.)
Recognizes opportunities and develops process improvements that will positively impact internal and external customer service levels.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and on time.
Maintain accurate files that meet both Internal and External audit Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) standards.
Serve as the contact and address issues during raised by Business Partners.

Knowledge & Experience


2+ years’ experience in Order Management or Finance related field.
SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
Fluent English skills.
