Description:

Demand Management:
Collaborate with project managers and department heads to gather resource requirements for upcoming projects.
Maintain a centralized demand repository and prioritize resource requests based on project urgency and strategic importance.
Resource Utilization and Allocation:
Monitor resource utilization across projects and departments to identify over/under-utilization trends.
Optimize resource allocation based on project scope, timelines, and resource availability.
Ensure efficient utilization of FTEs and other resources to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Resource Management (RR Management):
Develop and implement resource management strategies to effectively manage resources throughout their lifecycle (recruitment, retention, and release).
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to align resource recruitment with project needs.
Project Scope Ramp-up & Ramp-down:
Assist in resource planning for project ramp-up and ramp-down phases.
Coordinate resource transitions and reallocations based on project milestones and changing requirements.
Resource Mapping:
Maintain a comprehensive resource mapping database to track skills, expertise, and availability of resources.
Match resource capabilities with project requirements to ensure optimal resource assignments.
FTE Tracking:
Track FTE utilization and capacity to forecast resource needs and identify potential staffing gaps.
Generate reports and insights on FTE utilization trends for management review and decision-making.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in resource management, workforce planning, or project management.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in resource management tools/software
Experience in managing project scope changes and resource reallocation.
Knowledge of FTE tracking methodologies and workforce planning best practices.
Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
