Promote development of more self-service and automated systems management / provisioning solutions
Build tools that enable the business to move fast, without incident or downtime
Act on tickets from outsourcing service provider and see them through remediation and problem resolution
Collaborate with our third-party service partner to ensure business partner centric service delivery
Perform refresh activities
Asset Management for assigned sites
Perform other duties as assigned

3+ years of experience working with Vendors and IT outsourcers
Strong problem-solving ability (troubleshooting and escalation skills)
