Responsible for creating material flow simulation models with given inputs ( Layout, operational parameters) and run simulation and
Analysis through simulation on topics related throughput, Bottleneck, resource optimization, Inventory reduction and optimization.
Experienced working on Automotive sector preferably with Powertrain, Assembly operations
Good understanding of Production planning basics - capacity planning, takt time, MTTR, quality rate, OEE etc.
Understand complex production systems & drive improvements through simulation
Run experimentation with simulation runs & derive analysis from results
Should be capable of presenting key results, analysis
