Role: POS Techno Functional (MS D365 Commerce)
8+ years of demonstrated ability.
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Roles/Responsibilities:
-Requirement gathering and fit gap analysis
-D365 Commerce POS Store creation, configuration and implementation
-Work with end users in client companies to streamline existing processes with Dynamics Commerce
-Experience of working with large volumes of data or working with data management, analysis, transformation or migration tools
-Manage change activities to ensure business adoption and effective user training
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels within an organization and across multiple geographies
-Familiarity with ticket systems such as Jira Service Desk or ServiceNow a plus
-Experience with being part of a support team and establishing and refining support processes, procedures, and tools
-Used to operating under Service Level Agreements and driving support accordingly (with minimal supervision)
-Identifies escalation situations and escalates them timely and accurately
-Coordinates issue resolution with other support areas, as required
-Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Required:
Experience: 7-9 Years in D365 Commerce as a POS Techno-Functional
Experience in implementation and support.
Knowledge of Microsoft D365 Commerce
Should have basic functional knowledge of POS functions and Store Operations (sales, returns, Inventory in and out, payments, returns and cash and carry sale)
Should have exposure to debug/monitor integrations (MuleSoft and Azure)
Should have experience in Payments and Fraud Management systems (Support experience on ACI /Elavon/CyberSource platforms or similar payment processing platforms is preferred)
Should have experience in troubleshooting Store Commerce POS (experience in Retail Realm Logs on payment issues is a plus)
Experience participating in all stages of lifecycle of MS D365 implementation projects a plus.
