Responsibilities
Assist Supply Chain Management system users by responding to Internal/External Customer inquiries and requests
Analyze quotes for quality, accuracy, and contractual terms
Coordinate aircraft part movements between SWA and the repair vendor
Research and resolve serial numbers, part numbers, invoicing and shipping errors for discrepancies
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers
Manage day-to-day maintenance provider relationships and the repair process for assigned commodities
Perform data analysis and procedure documentation
Ensure contractual compliance and manage supplier performance
Manage changes in pricing, ship dates, and part specific changes
Collaborate with other Departments and work groups to understand requirements and gain efficiencies
Evaluate pros and cons of different solution options and takes options to more senior Team Members/Leader
Draws logical conclusions and/or makes accurate predictions based on knowledge and experience, with guidance from others
Perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services including Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of Customer satisfaction
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effectiveness of quote approvals and alternate development of repairs
Skilled in understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
Skilled in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Skilled in personal best practices to manage responsibilities
Ability to read technical documents, follow instructions, and understand compliance procedures
Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers
Preferred: Experience with Supply Chain Management, supplier communications, and Finance or Accounting

Preferred: Warranty Knowledge

Preferred: Experience with SAP ERP/VIM, Ariba, Boeing Toolbox, Maintenix, Aeroxchange, QuickBase database management, Alteryx, and Tableau
