BAE Systems RF Capability Group (Nashua, NH) is seeking a strong Principal RF/Microwave Engineer with considerable experience designing Microwave hardware modules in our Nashua, NH location. This position requires expertise designing wideband microwave modules, including receiver front ends, tuners, up/down converters, and/or switch matrices. Candidates are expected to support all phases of development from early-stage architecture reviews through production. The applicant must be able to work independently with minimal technical direction.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship.
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a Hybrid Work Format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
Fluent with Keysight ADS (preferred) or equivalent software
Strong communication and writing skills
Experience designing tuner modules and/or frequency converters
Proficiency with 2D or 3D EM modeling
Candidate must be able to obtain or possess SECRET clearance
6+ years related experience
4+ years relevant design experience
