Are you interested in building strategic products for one of Amazon's most significant and fastest-growing businesses? International Seller Services enables over 3MM sellers worldwide to list their products for sale to Amazon customers. Sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique products and are a critical part of Amazon's vision to offer the Earth's largest selection and lowest prices.
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead the growth/development of a key strategic product in the EU from thousands to tens of thousands of Sellers. This product is focused on facilitating cross-border trade for third-party Sellers on Amazon. It is ambitious, complex, and highly impactful.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the product strategy, vision, and implementation of a core EU 3P product, outlining business requirements for a scalable solution, and overseeing the implementation, launch (go-to-market) and post-launch product performance. You will lead across business, tech, marketing, and partner teams to foster alignment and solve challenging problems. You will work directly with Customers and Sellers to understand their needs, and will use those insights to make immediate impact on product design. You will own strategic recommendations and be responsible for updates to senior leadership.
As a Principal PM-T, you will operate in a complex, ambiguous space with a high degree of autonomy. You will act as a single-threaded leader for all workstreams from ideation and customer engagement through development, implementation, launch, and scaling. You will work in a diverse team that spans disciplines, cultural backgrounds, and geographic regions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
