Provide finance support to successfully satisfy programmatic and financial organization objectives for programs including completing quarterly Estimate-At-Completes (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) for assigned programs.
Partner with program managers and participate in the preparation of forecasts, budgets and schedules for all contract work and perform financial analyses such as funding profiles, headcount planning, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
Ensure program costs are collected correctly by maintaining active charge numbers and IOTs, monitoring actual charges, and processing transfers when appropriate.
Provide weekly reporting and monitor funding status providing reliable and timely notification of funding status with contract line item detail.
Review and approve invoices for submission to customer. Monitor billing status and unbilled issues including Contracts-In-Process (CIP), work to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Carefully monitor program revenue and profit recognition to minimize risk to the organization. Analyze revenue and profit risks and opportunities on an ongoing basis.
Provide ad-hoc assistance, Month end and Quarterly close activities and reporting as requested by management and others
