Description:

Product Associate



We are looking for an energetic Product Associate who is passionate about translating a vision into tangible business value. The candidate will be enthusiastic about engaging with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities, developing creative and innovative solutions, and delivering suitable systems.



We’ll Count on You To:

Partner with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, write requirements and prioritize features.
Work with the development and QA teams to deliver high quality software.
Solicit feedback to iterate and drive improvements.
Project manage and report project health to internal stakeholders.
Work with internal stakeholders to develop and execute on product go-to-market.


What You Need to Have:

Product Management and technical knowledge
Strong Critical Thinking and analytical skills.
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and strong verbal and writing proficiencies.


What Would Make You Stand Out:

Experience with Scrum preferred.
SQL & Database knowledge preferred.
Bachelors in computer science or related fields.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 95,000 and 110,000. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.





*This is a hybrid role, with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

**The final interview will be in person at our New York office.
