Description:

Meta seeks a leader who is passionate about helping to ensure that Meta remains a safe and trusted environment for businesses and people.
As a product marketing manager, you will be responsible to build and activate business go-to-market strategies for Meta’s Responsibility & Privacy solutions globally and in EMEA, and to understand and translate market needs into actionable product implications. You will partner closely with Sales teams, other Product Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure all efforts are aligned from inception to launch and beyond — and communicated clearly and with empathy to all key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and project management, and a solid understanding of the advertising market, the regulatory and privacy landscape and of Meta’s advertising products. They will have a proven track record of driving successful product growth in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company, with experience working closely with product development and sales channels. They must be able to thrive in a dynamic cross-functional environment and exhibit excellent critical thinking, analytical and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate should have experience influencing stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization and demonstrated ability in structuring and leading complex projects with multiple teams involved. Comfort rolling up their sleeves to drive execution and provide hands-on coaching.
Product Marketing Manager - Responsibility & Privacy, EMEA Responsibilities
Partner with sales teams, other Product Marketing Managers and Cross-Functional teams to build & activate go-to-market strategies for Meta’s Responsibility & Privacy solutions globally and in EMEA (including developing and managing processes, client communications, product documentation, internal and external collaterals, sales enablement & training, assess impact analysis and target list, etc)
Position new advertising products and updates to existing ones for a region or industry vertical
Prioritize, distill and surface market intelligence and competitive insights to shape future products. Represent voice of the internal and external stakeholders including qualitative and quantitative feedback
Manage high-priority, fast moving decisions and communications to leadership internally and externally
Define and scale best practices to drive solutions adoption (new and existing) and to design and establish processes for the pod operations
Build cross-functional relationships and prioritize work to efficiently deploy finite capacity
Solve business challenges with scaled solutions
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
6+ years of experience within product marketing, digital marketing, consulting, communications or internet technology
Proven communication and presentation skills
Understanding of digital marketing, the regulatory, privacy and responsibility industry & marketing business challenges
Track record of of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results and influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
Project management skills
Analytical, data-driven decision-maker, experience in solving problems with data
Communicator with experience simplifying concepts with strong presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master degree/ MBA
Understanding of Meta’s advertising products
Experience working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, to adapt, spot issues early, and escalate
