Product Owner

Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Director level Product Owner (Add-Ins) based out of our London office.

In this strategic senior role, you will be reporting to the Global Head of Product Management for Distribution and be responsible for enhancing the functionality, intuitiveness, and performance of our add-in products. Your role is crucial in ensuring our award-winning research and data products are easily integrated and consistently available via the applications our clients use daily, thereby becoming an essential part of their workflows.

We’ll Count on You To:

Drive the strategic direction of add-in products, ensuring they remain essential tools within client workflows
Collaborate with the business and the wider product organization to introduce value-add content and capabilities and grow the adoption of the Add-In with our clients
Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights and ideas into actionable requirements for the development team
Manage and prioritize a product backlog, reflecting immediate and strategic customer and business needs
Collaborate effectively with your squad members during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure high-quality deliverables and operational efficiency


What You Need to Have:

Experience in product management, specifically with software add-ins or integrated solutions
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including experience with Excel add-ins
Familiarity with financial data products and an understanding of how they support client workflow
Demonstrable ability to manage stakeholder expectations and articulate product value propositions.
Experience with agile development methodologies and a strong grasp of the Scrum framework
