Description:

Now until Mid-February: Monday – Thursday 6:30am – 5:00pm 10 hour shifts now until Mid-February.

Production Season: Mid February – March hours will be 8 hours between 6am – 6pm M-F ( 6-2, 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, 10-6pm)

Peak Production Season: March – May All 3 shifts will begin 8 hours each shift see below.



Shift: 1st - 7:30 to 4pm M-F

2nd - 3:30 to midnight M-F

3rd - 11:30 to 8am Sunday PM – Friday AM

Ability to confirm past 7 years of work history.

Previous Production experience working with Agriculture Research very helpful.

Experience using MS Word, Excel etc.

Duties:
*Support our automation manufacturing processes by monitoring automation, troubleshooting equipment, and managing inventory at our Urbandale, IA location
• Stand, bend, and reach for extended hours, as well as lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Perform safety inspections and submit hazard recognitions and safety suggestions, as needed.
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement
• Assist in other projects and perform other duties as requested in Urbandale and/or Huxley.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Utilize Microsoft Office software and ability to learn internal software programs
• Ability to take constructive feedback and coaching.
• Ability to adhere to all compliance and safety policies.
• Willingness to work irregular and overtime hours on Saturdays as needed

Preferred Qualifications
• Associates degree in agriculture, Supply Chain production or Manufacturing discipline
• High throughput production experience
• Forklift operation experience helpful
• Agriculture Research or Production experience
