• Lead capacity planning and resource optimization for the Production Department (20 to 30 employees) – Evening shift.
• Identify production deficiencies, propose improvements and supervise their implementation.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the technical equipment and installations.
• Work closely with HR administration to ensure that production is properly organized, staffed, and directed.
• Guide, motivate, and develop less experienced team members to reach their potential.
• Knowledge of Excel / Word / PowerPoint. • Collaborative- solution-oriented approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
• DCS in management or any other related field or equivalent experience
• Spoken and written French (English is an asset)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in managing unionized personnel as a production supervisor or equivalent experience
• Proven experience working on a production line
