Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Programme Manager based out of our London office.
As a Program Manager working on certification and learning programs, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations involved in delivering the training and CWMA certificate and associated trainings. You will form part of the Operations Team working closely with the Certification Delivery Manager, Written Exam Programme Manager and candidate support function.
You’ll work very closely with our delivery partners and planning department, planning and running preparation workshops and final exams and ensuring the smooth day to running of all operational and logistical aspects.
You’ll work closely with internal Product and Development teams escalating any product-related issues raised by candidates and have input into new products which the team will also support.
The position is based in London with some occasional travel to Europe required.

We’ll Count on You To:
Manage Fitch Learning's CWMA Examination and Training program.
Coordinate exam and training session scheduling with Swiss partners and ensure adequate capacity for remote and in-person exams.
Supervise candidate programme progression and manage candidate journey progression.
Handle exam objections and appeals with the committee and accreditation body.
Maintain relationships with Swiss venue and training providers.
Guarantee quality and impartiality in exams per ISO 17024:2012
Streamline booking and exam allocation processes.
Generate relevant reporting for client and vendors alike.
Consult with the Delivery Manager and CRMs for client onboarding.
Resolve technical issues in the booking system.
Analyse pass rates and discuss results with clients.
What You Need to Have:
Able to demonstrate experience in managing supplier relationships to deliver events/training.
Experience in working with a global client base.
Must be hands-on, proactive in approach and calm under pressure.
Experience in using virtual meeting platforms and training/supporting end users on the basics.
Excellent relationship-building skills
Confident in managing multiple stakeholders.
German, Italian or French speaking would be an advantage but is not essential.
