You will be working as Project Engineer - Metals Process and will be part of Process Automation business for Process Industries division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Senior Engineering Manager and will be responsible for acting as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Completing assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and cybersecurity policies and standards.
Your responsibilities
Evaluating, selecting and applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments
Providing technical support for testing, installation and commissioning activities
Preparing project documentation within one’s scope of deliverables
Delivering of project within the agreed schedule. Testing or simulation of developed software
Logical understanding and I/O list preparation
Utilizing checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines
Your background
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical / electrical and electronics engineering
Require 3 to 4 years of experience
Good hands on experience in 800xa, PEC 800, AC 800m, AC 500,(any one is mandate), CHM
A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
