Job Description
Valuation of projects at the development stage or as part of acquisitions (M&A). Financial modeling, cash flow analysis and sensitivity tests.
Drafting of Investment Memo for the attention of banks and investment funds.
Assistance in carrying out due diligence in the context of project acquisitions.
Participation in negotiations with banks, investment funds and project sellers.
Preparation of application files for obtaining carbon credits or subsidies
Qualifications
Student in the final year or gap year of an Engineering/Business School or in a Master of Business Finance
Advanced use of Excel (VBA is a plus)
Very common practice of English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Ability to work in an informal environment (young, developing group)
Organized and good interpersonal skills
The ability to work in a team

Additional Information
The internship is available from July and for a period of six months, based in Paris
