Description:

• Keeping track of issue status and action progress, maintain dynamic interim reports to improve overall team efficiency and effectiveness for quantifiable business results.

• Interfaces with project teams in functional or local area.

• Responsible for operational OPEX related tasks (EG R&D expense budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and analysis.).

• Responsible for operational CAPEX tasks (EG R&D CAPEX budgeting, allocation, and forecasting.).

• Responsible for R&D headcount tracking, forecasting, and requisition analysis.

• Building and maintaining various types of forecasting models.

• Ensures that all documentation and information required for the various tasks has been set up, maintained and are available to the local team.

Knowledge & Experience

1-2 years directly related experience combined with an undergraduate equivalent degree.

Experience with PowerBi, SRM, I-Buy, proficient with Excel a must. Familiar with SharePoint management and building and maintaining forecasting models and structures.
