We are looking for a new colleague of the team for the position of Project Planning & Controls Specialist with French at the ABB Operations Center Europe in Ostrava.
ABB's Europe Operations Center in Ostrava is part of ABB's Process Automation division, which provides engineering for units across Europe and employs more than 700 people. It also includes a supply chain management center.

This position reports to
Project Planning & Controls Manager
Your responsibilities
Planning, scheduling, and controlling project costs in cooperation with the project manager
Creation of the project structure (WBS and activities), scheduling of resources and time consumption
Responsibility for creating, monitoring, and updating the project plan
Analysis of the current state of the project vs. future plan (resources, costs, cash-flow, risks, project milestones)
Responsibility for project cost planning
Escalation of deviations from the plan
Communication with the customer, suppliers, project team
Reporting of project development (performance, costs, risks, changes)
Cooperation on change procedures
Your background
You have a high school / university education
You already have experience in project management/planning
You have a good knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project, Oracle Primavera P6 or similar tools
You are fluent in English (level B2 and above)
You are fluent in French (level B2 and above)
You can work in an international team
You have excellent organizational and communication skills
You are proactive
Experience with SAP ERP system is an advantage
