As a CBRE Property Condition Assessor, you will complete Property Condition Reports and note deficiencies based on your quarterly site inspections at retail banking centers, using a company-provided vehicle.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct walk-through surveys to assess the condition of the property. Areas include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, structure and foundations, interiors and exteriors; etc.
Interview property owners, occupants, and other key members to collect information.
Take photographs of property systems and their condition.
Prepare estimated costs for repairs and improvements.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Will impact the quality of own work.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 5 years of commercial building evaluation or commercial design experience.
Must have valid driver’s license.
General understanding of building systems, including site work, structural, building envelope, and MEP.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Condition Assessor position is $33.65 per hour and the maximum salary for the Property Condition Assessor position is $36.06 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
