Description:

Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled QEA Delivery Leader who will be responsible for entire client Quality Engineering & Assurance organization and all the quality deliverables across the enterprise landscape.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software applications from quality engineering and quality assurance point of view.

· Defining quality goals, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams.

· Communicate progress to stake holders.

· Interface with Business leaders and CXO org

· Maintain standards and define/maintain benefit roadmap for org.

· Keep the organization technology relevant.

· Highly strong in communication and ability to navigate the client organization landscape

· Need to exhibit leadership abilities to navigate the client landscape and be a technology partner for the clients



Required Skills/Qualifications:

· 16+ years of experience working in IT Industry and experience in Managing Large Quality Engineering Projects/Programs for Insurance Clients

· Experience in driving digital transformation in QA and ability to identify innovative solution and drive their customized development to accelerate delivery

· Experience working in a client-facing role and on multiple projects concurrently and working in offshore based delivery model

· Experience creating program level strategies for multi-year, complex modernization initiatives

· Consulting expertise, experience handling multiple stakeholders in executive leadership teams at levels of VPs and above

· Strong experience in execution of large program with an equal balance of technology and execution

· Define transformation roadmap for clients and ensure it stays on course

· Strong experience in technology trends including and not limited to Agile, Automation and Devops



Preferred Skills/Qualification:

· Experience in TOSCA tool

· Exposure to AI related business use cases
