Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled QEA Test Manager – Retail POS who will be responsible for Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure software meets industry standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
· Be accountable for development of comprehensive Test Strategy and Plans by the team.
· Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software applications from quality engineering and quality assurance point of view.
· Work with domain Leads and understand the pain areas across the domain and implement the QA roadmap and strategy.
· Drive Automation initiatives across the portfolio.
· Identification of suitable tools and technologies for automation testing along with designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks
· Work with internal and external stakeholders to remove any impediments that hampers the team's deliveries.
· Drive weekly, monthly and Quarter meeting with customer.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
· 14+ years of experience working in IT Industry and experience in Managing Large Quality Engineering Projects/Programs for Large Retail Clients.
· Should be efficient and strong to handle program and manage multiple projects across different Lines of Business across Retail
· Good knowledge in Retail POS applications along with program management expertise and experience leading multi-year programs, multi-vendor teams
· Vast experience in driving digital transformation in QA and ability to identify innovative solution and drive their customized development to accelerate delivery
· Experience working in a client-facing role and on multiple projects concurrently and working in offshore based delivery model
· Should have performed or implemented automation testing, device testing, performance testing
· Excellent communication and sound knowledge in testing process (including Agile)

· Agile certified
· PMP certified
