Perform analysis according to our plan of control (SOP).
Record vital information to guarantee compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities
Work directly on Manufacturing Floor to oversee production of batches on assigned Production Line(s)
Verify packaging and labels on Production Line are correct for products scheduled/being produced
Enter analysis results into logs, database, and maintain recordkeeping in orderly condition
Conduct Pre-Operation, Post-Cleaning, and Start-Up inspections of Production Line equipment
Maintain QC laboratory in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
Place products on "hold" when inspection qualifications do not meet expectations
