Description:

job summary:
A Recruiter is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products. Remote work. This role entails strategically partnering with various stakeholders, executing full-cycle recruitment, ensuring compliance, and driving efficient talent acquisition within a remote setting for a company while focusing on high-volume recruiting and diverse industry experience.

responsibilities:
Act as a strategic advisor within TA; build effective relationships with Hiring Managers, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners

Drive recruitment process by setting clear expectations and commitments for internal and external candidates

Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines

Participate in other Talent Acquisition projects as needed
Minimum Requirements:

HS Diploma/Equivalent with relevant experience

2-3 years' experience as a full lifecycle Recruiter/Talent Advisor in corporate or agency environments

Proficiency in recruiting via Indeed and social media channels

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

Proven track record partnering with hiring managers for efficient talent acquisition

strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

strong MS Office suite knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in large, matrixed companies (10,000+ employees) with geographically dispersed workforces

Recruiting experience in automotive or aerospace industries

Ability to work in dynamic team environments

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday)

Knowledge of employment law and compliance standards (EEO, OFCCP, Affirmative Action)

strong business acumen and understanding of labor market conditions
Required Experience:

2-3 years relevant experience as a full lifecycle Recruiter/Talent Advisor in corporate or agency recruiting environments

P & M recruiting experience REQUIRED

strong preference for high-volume recruiting
