Able to perform all Inspections outlined in the PSM (Process Safety Management) and log all the Documentation on to the sites Data Base. Inspections include;
1. Daily, Monthly, Semi Annually, Annually
2. Calibration of Ammonia Detection and Temperature Controls
3. Valve Exercising and Proper Operation
4. Compressor Calibrations and Inspections
5. Cleaning of Evaporator Coils and Condensers
6. PSM Meetings, Safety Drills, and Yearly Certifications
Good Organization Skills
Computer Skills
Scissor Lift Certification
Forklift Certification
Able to read Drawings / Plans
Experience Minimum needed: 4 years in Ammonia Refrigeration/Electrical.
PSM/RMP Knowledge: Minimum 4 years.
PSM Documentation 4 years.
