In the local Royal Canin hub based in Seoul, the Regional Head of Graphics drive the implementation of the global strategy within the region and contribute to our brand-building & growth journey -- with the aim to develop next-generation Royal Canin & Eukanuba packaging and brand experiences.
This furthers the distinctiveness, relevance and impact of the number one global pet nutrition brand worldwide, delivering our purpose to serve the health of millions of cats and dogs around the world.

Within the framework of ROYAL CANIN's 2025 packaging roadmap, following premium brand values & sustainable development engagement, the Regional Head of Graphics will be responsible for the deployments of our packaging designs with our suppliers while respecting our central process & ways of working, marketing expectations, internal deadlines and regulatory requirements.


What are we looking for?
Education & Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor University degree in Communication/Graphic Industries/Packaging science
• 5 to 10 years professional experience in packaging design production, acquired either with the advertiser or one of the operators in the graphic chain (agency, photoengraver, prepress)
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus


Knowledge/Skills:
• Team management.
• Experience in Project management.
• Effective multi-tasker with strong time management skills and an ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with diverse employee groups and stakeholders.
• Very customer-oriented, able to focus on the end result and stick to the objective.
• Good knowledge of the technical aspects of the graphic chain (production, engravement, printing)
• Packaging Material and Printing technology knowledge
• Process champion skills, to ensure adherence to policies & compliance accountability.
• Experience in Resource allocation.
• Good understanding of how the company works, organizational skills, determination & flexibility.

What will be your key responsibilities?
• Manage team of associates by applying great line management.
• Lead graphic production projects for North America (USA, Canada, Mexico).
• Represent the Regional Graphic Chain within the organisation.
• Ensure the capabilities/feasibility to deliver the regional deployment roadmap & timeline, guaranteeing adherence to Graphics global process and systems, and reporting unexpected changes or local issues.
• Work collaboratively with the Design and Print Technology teams to ensure print quality, timeline & regulatory compliance.
• Cooperate on Supplier Relationship Management with Regional prepress suppliers, building and tracking KPIs that allow key external stakeholders to improve capabilities, processes, and allocate resources.
• Lead contract management for regional Artwork suppliers, if needed.
• Ensure that project plans are met for launches in the region, accomplishing Right First time and On time for artwork/reprofile delivery, while escalating risks when needed.
• Bring together all the elements necessary for the production of packaging for the range under his/her charge.
• Provide suppliers (agencies/photoengravers/printers) with the elements required to manufacture the packaging.
• Team responsibility for checking packaging at the different stages in the graphic chain (formats/texts/images).
• Manage quality review process, mapping KPIs and reporting to the lead team
• Manage the regional budget: approve Purchase Orders (PU) on the system, register expenses, and report to incumbent stakeholders.
• Endorse the sustainable and ethical vision of Royal Canin.
• Lead Continuous improvements / Do it best.
