Regulatory PM Duties and Responsibilities:-
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to IP, Optics and FN products of Business groups.
Working closely with all Business Groups (IP, Optics and Fixed Network) Getting the relevant information and update it on government portal in timely manner.
Based on the BoM prepared by RBC, Ordering of products required for testing and getting the required certification. Maintaining their data base
Governance for the testing done for all products from govt certified labs.
Uploading the data, BOM of products and company profile on government portal
Maintaining regulatory documentation database
Assisting with the preparation and submission of all regulatory reports
Providing accurate reviews of data and reports
Ensuring accurate and timely submissions to regulatory agencies
Advising others on regulatory and compliance matters
Good relationship with Govt authorities
Resolving the queries coming from regulatory and getting them resolved by help from RBC/PLM/DO/GA.
Getting labelling done from manufacturing units for certified product
Filling of EPR (extended producer responsibility) certificate based on the data collected from RBC
Collect certificates from recycler on quarterly & annual basis
File quarter & annual return on CPCB portal.
Maintaining the budget for all expenses and providing the dashboard for the same on regular basis
Overall governance for the mandatory policies compliance.
Periodic (weekly, monthly) reporting to NI India RBC team
REQUIRED SKILLS
Key Requirements:-
Qualification required is MSC (Science)/BE (Telecom/E& CE)
Min 10-15 yrs experience required in telecommunication with handling the regulatory and government in service providers or OEM.
