Summary
CHS is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our sales operations team. The person will be responsible for administering the designed sales incentive programs, including all calculations and payments, across all business units. The successful candidate will compile large sets of data to facilitate calculations, provide regular updates to the participants on progress, and ensure all calculations are accurate and payment deadlines are met. Responsibilities
Sales Incentive Program Administration

Administer sales incentive programs, ensuring adherence to established policies and guidelines
Administer the annual quota-setting process, with updates as needed throughout the year based on sales rep movements
Gather, compile, cleanse, reconcile, summarize, and analyze data sets from multiple sources
Administer all calculations and provide payment details to payroll as needed
Regularly review and validate incentive calculations to guarantee accuracy
Generate incentive reports and dashboards for the sales team and management, providing insights into performance and payouts
Sales team member on-boarding and off-boarding, as related to SIP impacts
Support sales managers and leaders on sales incentive plans and calculations questions so they can effectively communicate to their front-line sales teams
Provide data support for the plan dispute and resolution process
Minimum Qualifications (required)
High School diploma or GED
5+ years of experience in sales and/or HR operations, incentive program administration, or a related role
Additional Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
3+ years of experience with sales incentive administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work with large datasets
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in data management
